Help with schools, Anyone?

My child Lorenzo will start school in Sept 2012. He is Bilingual and we are moving to either Siena or Luca during the summer . We love both towns and are now assessing schools to see which area would suit our children best.

I have found references to Mimosa in Lucca and the international school in Siena. But can’t find any other recommendations for the public system or even other Italian private primary schools.

Is there are mums in those areas who might be able to help recommend others?

Siena Art Institute

My daughter and I have been taking excellent classes at the newly opened Siena Art Institute. I am doing the Monday evening Ceramics class while my daughter does the kid’s art class. It is a great school. Here is the flyer with their ongoing classes. The school had been a great addition to life in Siena for us both.

Dinosauri della Patagonia

Went to this exhibition in Arezzo today. The exhibition is small and you can spend maximum 2 hours there. Not cheap but good to get out for a few hours on a rainy day and dinosaurs always go down well! ;-)
